Junk Party Catering with Gingers!

Summer in Hong Kong doesn’t just end in August - the warm weather often lasts all the way until November and that means it’s still junk season! With everyone starting to fly back from their destination vacations (if they were lucky enough to leave), we have all the menus for any boat party you host!

For a casual family and friends hangout in the sun, our Seasonal and Buffet menus are the go-to for our clients. With generous heaping portions, we’ll make sure everyone gets to enjoy the food in between water sports and lounging around the deck. Our Light Party menu is also a good alternative for some quick bites, salads, and sweet treats that are simple and easy to have on a hot day.

For something more elegant and delicate, give our Cocktail Party menu a try for some mouth-watering canapés. Or for a proper three-course dining experience, our Sit Down Party menu will fit right in.
