The quotation below is only available at Gingers with a MINIMUM of 4 hours. We suggest that our staff begin one hour before your event for set-up.

For all parties with 4 or more wait staff, a F&B Manager will be required (i.e. 1 F&B Manager + 3 Waiters).

PLEASE NOTE: For junk parties, an additional $400 will be charged PER STAFF member for boat insurance.

Our “With Chef” menus include the minimum 4 hours with one of our chefs.

OVERTIME TRANSPORTATION

If you require staff to start BEFORE 7AM or finish AT OR AFTER MIDNIGHT, an additional transportation fee is required per person as follows:

REPULSE BAY, STANLEY, CHUNG HOM KOK, TAI TAM & SHEK O: $85 per person

NEW TERRITORIES, CLEAR WATER BAY & SAI KUNG: $110 per person
