Boat season is upon us and while we know it’s not always easy to plan a junk party for your friends and family, Gingers is here to make it a breeze! With that, we’re excited to announce our BRAND NEW Junk Boat Sets that are here to do just that.
Featuring three set menus – a Light, Regular, and Full option – each set is packed to be easily transportable and served in our sustainable boxes. Portioned for ten, our Junk Boat Sets let you choose how much or how little you want and can be easily approximated for your number of guests. And that’s it! Just give us the details for your charter and we’ll make sure your food is taken care of.
Our Light Set includes our most popular sandwich, the Prosciutto, Mozzarella, and Pesto along with our Soba Noodle and Eggplant Salad and Chocolate Toffee Brownies. On the other end of the spectrum, our Full Set comes with our Harissa Salmon with Coriander Yogurt, Beef Fillet with Salsa Verde, and a selection of sides and sweets. But not to worry, every set comes with your boating staple - the cheese board.
