With Christmas just around the corner and the weather cooling down, it’s time to break out the Santa hats, woven stockings, and Christmas trees and start planning for your annual holiday party! As your most reliable caterer, Gingers is back with our newest Festive menus to celebrate the season with some winter cheer!
Our festive offerings include our Festive cocktail parties, buffets, and sit down party as always but with some nostalgic creations designed to bring back your childhood memories of Christmas.
With canapés such as Tomato Bisque shots with Grilled Cheese, Mushroom Vol Au Vent, Prawn Bloody Mary Shots, and Braised Short Rib with Polenta Bites, we’re going traditional flavours with a modern twist.
Looking for a generous and bountiful buffet to beat Santa’s jolly belly, we have your traditional Whole Roasted Turkey, Bourbon Marmalade and Ginger Glazed Ham, Garlic Roast Potatoes, Hasselback Butternut Squash, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, as well as a Clementine Trifle or Ginger Sticky Toffee Pudding to finish off on a sweet note.
Or have a hearty and joyful sit down party with our Chorizo Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Pie, Chicken and Pork Terrine with Whisky, Cranberries and Pistachio, Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce, and a Spiced Pear Cake that will warm your heart and senses.
