We’ve been dreaming about another extravagant holiday feast since last Christmas and the dream is finally within our reach! Since you’ve all been so good this year, Santa’s brought you Gingers’ newest Festive Menus!
With a new range of festive Cocktail Party, Buffet, and Sit Down Party menus just for this season, we’ll make sure your party is the talk of the town! Celebrate the holiday at your next get-together with our new Christmas canapés including our Smoked Turkey Rolled Crepes with Cranberry, Bloody Mary Prawn Shots, Beef Wellington, and Ginger, Cranberry and Chocolate Minced Pies.
If you’re thinking of a buffet banquet that will leave you feeling stuffed in the best way possible, our Whole Roasted Turkey with Trimmings or Cranberry Honey Glazed Salmon Fillet might just do the trick. Polished off with a side of Parmesan Brussels Sprouts and a Roasted Pumpkin with Goat’s Cheese, Pomegranate and Honey Walnut Salad, the entire meal will leave you with all the festive cheer!
Or if a seated dinner party is more your style, our new Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Beef Fillet with Potato Gratin, or our Pistachio, Brie and Turkey Wellington bring a new surprise to the table. Finish it off with a Black Forest Trifle or Berry and Pomegranate Pavlova for a sweet Christmas treat.
